More Secrets of Network Cartography

As I dig farther into the depths of nmap, I'm finding some interesting tidbits of information. Some of this information is undocumented, and some of it is overlooked functions that need to be addressed in future versions.

Did you know that running nmap as a non-priviledged user could cause nmap to open application sessions on remote devices, even if you told nmap not to do so? And nmap doesn't even give you a warning!

This information (and much more!), can be found in the latest update to 'Secrets of Network Cartography,' starting with Part IV: Nmap Options.

I'm already working on the rest of this comprehensive guide, so keep checking back to see what's new!
