Host, Port, and Logging Options are now online!

Secrets of Network Cartography is now full of many more secrets! Our online nmap 3.81 tutorial has been updated, and I've added everything I could find about host options, port options, and all logging options.

Here's some highlights:

* If you choose to both include and exclude hosts on the nmap command line, the exclude options will always override any included host addresses.

* If you duplicate port numbers on the command line, nmap will question your caffeine intake.

* A graphical SYN flood description is illustrated in 'The Danger of Decoy-Initiated SYN Floods.'

* The XML format can assist in creating some great looking HTML output.

There's much more in the new additions, so help yourself!
